Fantastic news! I hope that means it'll make its way to VA soon then! Surely it couldn't be too long now that it's done with interchanges (as far as I'm aware).

Final rail ride is Delaware. Truck ride from there to VA.

A rail car will either will be put into a yard hold, placed at industry or delivered in interchange.

Yard Hold means it's waiting for another train. Delivered in interchange means it's on a new train. Placed at industry, I think, is between those two. It's not just sitting, and it hasn't moved on yet; but it's in position for the next thing to happen soon. If your Maverick has been "unloaded" from the train, then what it's waiting for is a car hauler to pick it up and take it to your dealership! If your dealer contacts you about financing, you are likely a just a day or few away from delivery.

This is GREAT news! Your Maverick is definitely off the train and awaiting a car hauler! It all depends on which car hauler has an opening going your way. But it's a matter of days now! HARD to wait, I know.

What part of upstate NY are you in? I'm in NW VT and my Maverick went through St. Louis MO to East St. Louis, IL to Indianapolis, IN then south to Louisville, KY before heading up through Cleveland, past Erie to Buffalo, then across NY to Selkirk, NY, where it was unloaded to ramp. 5 days later a car hauler picked it up and it was delivered yesterday.

I was somewhat in your neck of the woods yesterday, skied at Stratton. What a nice sunny day!

My truck is actually going to PA (Horsham) w/a Delaware rail final stop, so I will have to make a road trip when it comes in. I did buy my Bronco Sport Badlands locally, for this one my dealer actually sent a carrier to pick it up locally (I can't remember if it was Selkirk or Mechanicville).

ETA: My Mav is still at Conway PA (since late on 3/15). Ugh. I wonder if it is waiting for my Pittsburgh area relatives to visit it?

For any of you out there whose Maverick is traveling NS, here is the rail fan live camera of Horseshoe Curve:

ETA: Left to Right will be eastbound.

My latest NS info was that my Maverick was/is at New Florence PA as of 4:44PM! This location is NW of Altoona, not far from the above Horseshoe Curve camera. However, the trains there are going UP UP UP in elevation as they move east so they move slow.

Thx, and damned good questions! LOL Hell, the dealer already finished the dealer prep so now making financing and pickup decisions later today. Hoping yours arrives soon as well!

My code was for Mechanicville, but CSX said it left it at Selkirk.

We took a drive and LOVE this truck!! It's very comfortable, quiet and we got 44.5mpg with just 87 octane...!
