Finally Arriving Soon - Questions About Day of Purchase

I have been in this for the long haul, but it looks like my Maverick is finally getting delivered to my dealer soon! Originally ordered 10/9/2021, Hybrid, XLT, Lux. I have seen several threads on private offers and financing, but started to ignore them when getting my truck started to feel hopeless. So, sorry if I am repeating questions already answered in a another post.

First off, I have checked with Ford marketing and my private offers is attached to my order. How should I expect this to happen when I go to pick up my Maverick? Will this be subtracted from my total or will I need to fill out a rebate form of some kind and get it later? Also, I remember reading that I can call marketing and get a number to reference if my dealer mysteriously can't find my private offers. Is this correct?

Second, financing offers. Ford currently does not have any offers for the Maverick. When I ordered, it was 0% for 36 months. I saw some old posts about some instructions floating around to explain to dealers how to make changes in Smart Vincent to honor the original financing offers. Does anyone know where I can find these instructions? Anyone have luck recently with a dealer honoring original financing offers from this long ago?

Lastly, can I combine incentives/discounts with X-plan pricing? Also, can I combine my private offers with X-plan pricing?

Trying to be as prepared as possible before stepping into the dealership. Thanks for any help!

First question seems to be dealer dependent as to the rebate being applied up front or after purchase via payment to you.

Second question - Model year 2023 Mavericks didn't get the financing protection ... only the private offer to offset costs going from model '22 to '23.

Not sure on third question.
