I just checked with my dealership about Doc fee and they (he) said not to worry it is exactly the same as one posted on the forum. Being at the same state (PA) helped a lot to get clarity. The ensuring thing is that he is not a floor sells rep, but General Sales Manager. He handled my order directly, because of it was the first order of Maverick and I asked and they agreed to sell at invoice price. He said Ford will start building early September and to expect the delivery in the early October.
