I ordered a kitchen sink for mine today just so I can say it has everything including the kitchen sink.

I'll add that to my overly complex multipurpose bed divider design brief... converts to washstand to support spare tire with plastic liner for kitchen sink duty.

Read through the forum, and you'll find how many different things owners do to there trucks. In the beginning, most add ons were bed cover, front window tinting, tailgate lettering, hood chip protection, dashcam, dash cover, and rain deflectors on the windows.

Tailgate damper. Spray in bedliner was part of the Lariat pkg but I would have added it otherwise. Raised black letters on tailgate. Plastic cover for large rectangular hole on bottom of tailgate. You could use tape. Hitch receiver opening cover. All weather floor mats.

Tailgate damper. Spray in bedliner...
Plastic cover for large rectangular hole on bottom of tailgate.

Yeah, bedliner feels like a necessity otherwise every scratch on the fresh paint in the bed hurts.

Covering the tailgate hole was one of the first things I did so leaves, grass, gravel, etc. don't get in. Just used a piece of siliconed window screen, info here. But then went further to add a Rok Blok tailgate gap cover that can be seen in my build thread here.

I love the tailgate assist but installation requires removal of the factory tie-down bracket on the driver's side of the gate. But it's a shame to lose a tie-down point. I made a replacement tie-down for mine.

Works well and clears the new strut and no issues with the cable. Enjoyed making it enough that I keep making more. I have a thread here in the For Sale forum if anyone would like one. Don't lose a tie-down point!

It's a USA saying. The saying goes" It has everything except the kitchen sink " meaning a car or boat etc has all the options.
