Exhaust tip - how does this look?

I installed the Thermal R&D cat back system last week. I could not be happier with the sound! It has a deep mellow tone, not loud and no drone. I opted for the turn down version, which is just the T304 stainless pipe turned down, with no tip like stock. I then bolted an aftermarket black stainless tip. I don't hate the way it looks, but I wonder if anyone thinks it looks stupid sticking out at a 45-degree angle? I'm thinking about having an elbow welded on it and having the tip welded on, so it exits in the same place, but parellel to the ground?

I second that. I would just cut it back by about half the poke and call it a day.

And the exhaust is well hung. I hung it myself.

I think that's a possibility too. If I do that, I'll have to have it welded on, because of the bend in the downturn.
