Anyone have a guess when the parts to the Tremor will be made available? I'm interested in the front struts and the valence. Do parts for Ford vehicles typically become available right about when the models are being produced? I would think we are not far away, right?

I would guess atleast a year. Rock auto doesnt even list any suspension except alignment bushings for the standard Maverick.

I'm still wondering if the position of the inter-cooler is the same or raised up a bit in the Tremor to fit the off/road valance and if it will fit a non-Tremor.

It is raised up. The entire front-end of the Tremor is different from a '22 EcoBoost.

Would like to see measurements on that - In that is it just the suspension lift that moves the I/C upwards ?

No, the intercooler is higher in vehicle regardless of ride height. The the entire front module carrier is different, as well as the front structure. If you are thinking of trying to swap parts out on a '22 to get Tremor approach angle, it will not work.

Anyone got actual measurements - That's the thing..

Tremor's intercooler is approximately 40 mm rearward and 60 mm higher than a '22 EcoBoost (should also be noted that Tremor has an altogether different intercooler from base EcoBoost). Then throw in ride height difference between the two - roughly 20-25 mm.

Good to know. I think if someone was willing and able the lower picnic table shelf of the non/Tremor facia could be milled down a bit then a metal upswept plate attachment to help rocks-etc roll under instead of being met head on and just pushed if that makes sense.

Even with the Tremor/Badlands mods there is still a pretty good chin going on there. This Sport is more rugged but shows there are design limits to deal with.

I'm looking forward to something like this in the rear to deal with the poor departure angle.

Im putting air lift bags in the rear for my departure angle maybe double up on the spacers they put on em to clear the air hose too. In cab controls should be able to gain a max droop suspension height momentarily when needed. Other than that I am just gonna build a skid plate off the back of the hitch.

Ford didn't even try to make it easy. Tucking the hitch up into the bumper doesn't help.

Dang that HPR looks good in Tremor! Somebody please come up with a real bumper for this thing! Im hoping I can come up with some kind of rolled skid plate under that bottom lip.
