I hesitated in getting the AirDesign flares because of the price, but when Ford ran a promotion (I think it was 30% discount) I pulled the trigger.
No regrets.
These EGR flares look good too, but not as good as the AirDesign in my opinion.
The EGR's look larger/bulkier, and that joint on the front ones really looks bush-league in comparison.

To spend 30-Grand on a new truck, but then quibble about a couple hundred for a desirable accessory, seems wrongheaded to me.
I like the look of the Air Design better too, but if you ever get in a fender bender, you will
wish Air Design had that joint at the front which separates the body panels.

Looking back on things, I am glad I didn't go with the air design flares.

I personally think they do not accent and extend the body lines like I wanted.

My fender and body lines look better in my opinion than stock or air design would deliver. Giving me the wider stance, plus complimenting the other things I have done to my Maverick. The ERG because of them being bigger also protect rocks for getting into the paint, unlike the air designs would have.

Do you also have Ford rear splash/mud flaps?

I have the Ford accessory model splash/mud flaps, and was hoping to find something that fits with them. If so, any install issues?
...I opted for the RockBlock mudflaps, I believe they provide superior 'coverage', particularly on the rear-driverside where others here have pointed out a problem of splash-up in the wheelwell clobbering all the way to the left taillight housing (from the inside).
Installation of the RockBlocks over these AirDesign flares was pretty easy, they match the (factory) pre-punched holes in the sheetmetal perfectly, just as the flares do.
Though I did decide to get a couple of longer plastic 'press-pins' to fully penetrate through the extra thickness of the two plastic accessories well through the sheetmetal.
'Been on over a year with no problems, including through a Wisconsin winter.
And there has been no sign of that splash coming through around the left taillight.

Very satisfied all-around.

...if I ever get in a fender-bender which blemishes my much beloved Maverick, I would probably just die on-the-spot, LOL.
Getting it repaired wouldn't be my problem.

So, there you go...it's the perfect setup for you.
And it does look great!

...yeah, I noticed that too; also the 'splice' on the Front-flares where the plastic bumper joins up with the metal fender.
'Glad I went with the FordAccessories flares instead...decidedly more finished-looking than these.
Though at the time I ordered mine I was not aware of any alternative (cheaper?) product, I would still have chosen the more expensive set in the Ford catalog.
It helped that, at the time, Ford was offering a 30% discount. Still, they were a lot more expensive than I expected.
So, in sum, the 'EGR' flares look good...but the Ford-ones look better.
And the rubber gaskets were pre-installed at the factory.
Very easy installation...less than an hour from start to finish.

The Air design fender flares NOT having the "splice" on the fronts (where the fender meets the bumper) is the reason I am hesitant to purchase the air designs...

If you have to remove the bumper, its seems like you will have a disaster on your hands

Do you have a lift on the truck? and is there any rubbing?
Yes, RTR lift.

Correct tire size is 245/65/17.

No rubbing prior to adding 2 inch spacers, then only rubbing at full lock.

Picked up the flares at @Realtruck dot com.

I think they look great as I like the smooth look rather than the Bushwacker bolt look.

Instructions were great, install was about and hour and a half.

Only thing that sucked, and not sure why EGR doesn't do it during manufacturing, is installing the rubber gasket that goes between the flare and the truck onto the flare. Needless to say, I used a few choice words during the install.
