I think like me, this person wants to know why the vehicle we ordered are still in production when others built after ours are already shipped, I think it’s fair to say they should communicate better as every company should with their customers. I agree that Ford's communication is lacking. i agree, they definitely don't have to do that but they do anyway. i just find it strange because in most sales industries, other than vehicle sales, they try to give you everything you need to make you want to buy their product(then after you buy it they typically ghost you) but the car industry don't really care about trying to sell to the customer by showing good communication and satisfaction before OR after you buy. they already know that someone will buy the vehicle if you don't. that will soon come to an end though when the middle man is cut out and you order online yourself with no dealer. i could be wrong but i feel that's inevitable.I agree that Ford's communication is lacking. I have not yet received it but it's on it's way after 6 months.
