Drop in bedliner that's compatible the Ford bed extender?

I just got my MAV yesterday! Yea. Was going to order a drop in Bedliner from Realtruck but the rep told me it was not compatible with he factory bed extender. Does anyone have experience with a drop in Bedliner that is compatible with the factory extender? Or if not what’s the best reasonable option for a spray in liner.
