Well it finally happened. On my drive to the Grand Canyon I heard a loud bang, Looked over and a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. Not really too upset because I feel that rock would have done more damage to the body, I guess after all, it’s just a windshield. What have y’all gotten quoted on these bad boys?

That depends on your insurance and if the deductible is more than the cost to repair. Or if you even have comprehensive that would cover it to begin with.

You might consider replacing with and paying the upcharge for the sound deadening laminated windshield used on the Lariat. It doesn cut down on noise if that matters to you. Just a thought...

$645 installed , last oem lariat windshield I did.
Cash deal , 2 old school Mexican guys from border area .( where glass warehouse is in national city or Otay mesa)
Other quotes were about $690-740

Just find a local shop the windshields are less than 500 which you deductible probably is. You'll be alright

Deductible is 500. was quoted 375 and 400 by two different local shops.
