Double 45 Day Emails

Is anyone else getting double 45 day emails? I received my first set on 11/4 and 11/5, and then again now 12/19 and 12/20. When I first ordered in September, I got an order confirmation email on 9/20, I had my dealer change something that day and I got another order confirmation email the following day on 9/21. I assumed it was just due to the updated order, but do you think I have 2 orders?

I get two also.

Ordered 9/17/22 emails received 11/4 and 11/5 then 12/19 and 12/20 to the same email address.

I would bet you have two orders. Or at least there are two orders with your email attached to them. Dealer most likely entered a new order instead of updating your existing order.

I would ask your dealer for your order number(s) and see what they say. You want to be able to call or chat with Ford to check on the status of it/them.
