Door armrest cushion/elbow pad

I took a shot in the dark on amazon and got this cushion and it works out great. Make sure you get the 'right' hand side one so the curve goes the correct way. Uses velcro tape to hold it down. I saw a couple other colors but I got the all black one. So much more comfortable now.

Im 6'4" and the center console height works just fine for me. But I dont think it wouldn't be too hard to design a 1 or 2 inch riser spacer and 3d print one.
