Thinking out loud.
Do these wheels (Ford Escape 18" Hyper Silver 3946 OEM Alloys available from 2013-1017) have the proper offset for a Ford Maverick?
Updated:
Maverick 18" OEM wheel has an offset of 37.5mm
Escape 18" OEM wheels are 52.5mm offset
So in practice, when these wheels are mounted to a Maverick they would sit a bit further inside the wheelwell then stock.... some 15mm or 1.5cm (about 5/8").
I'd want to use them with 255/60 18R Tires on a Maverick with a 1" leveling lift without worrying about rubbing. As I would also have a wider tire (about 1" wider), I'd have about 1/2" + 5/8" for 1-1/8" more tire than stock sitting in the wheel well closer to the suspension.
So, to utilize these, Spacers may be in order, no? Not anything too thick as you don't want to push to much poke either, no?
Considering these if my Maverick search sends me down the XL path.
