Does FordPass work if there is no WiFI hotspot option?

I am confused again. My tracking said the hotspot was removed. Will that bring the cost down? Also, will I be able to use the Ford Pass if there is no WiFI

Yes, Ford Pass (and some other stuff) uses Ford's in-house installed modem and does not require any third party connectivity as a general purpose wi-fi connection would..
