I am trying to get the proper size T-nut to put into the factory installed bed side rails. I got some nuts that fit the Tacoma rails but they are not wide enough for the rail on the Maverick. Looking for it to take a 3/18 - 16 bolt. Anyone know where to get the proper size?

Always found that McMaster Carr has that kind of stuff. Maybe worth a look

I looked at mine and it appears that a regular T-nut might not be large enough to distribute any load of any significant size as the wall thickness is pretty thin. The sliders that come with the channel are about 3.5-4" long (I did not measure), so maybe you need to consider getting 2 or 4 more. You would have to take channel at least part way off to slide them in though. You could of course custom make a nut. I measured 1 3/8". I looked but didn't find one that size but I'm feel like something should be out there. A lot depends of course is how much load you put on it. When I get a little time I'll see what I can find. Maybe Ford has other designs?
