Do any Ottocast work with 2024 Lariat wired Apple Car play

I am seeing a lot of ads about Ottocast converting my wired Apple car play to wireless and allowing me to see all the apps on my phone, Has anybody gotten a Ottocast to work with the 2024 wired apple car play??????

It will do CarPlay but on my 25 it won’t open full screen except nav/carplay

I have had Ottocast on my ‘24’ Lariat for 1 1/2 yrs works great, no problems. Easy to set up.
