DIY tie down modification

A number of others have posted the M8 bolts and tie down anchors DIY. In my DIY the additional part behind the anchor is cut 1.5" from an old bicycle inner tube. Keeps the anchor slightly raised from the bed making it easier to grab and hook in the straps.
