From what I read about removing any of the hybrid orange related cables..... is beware of HIGH VOLTAGE. You might make the news the same way Richard Prior did....

Make the news for freebasing cocaine and lighting yourself on fire?

Lighting ones self on fire pretty much covers it..... but, "running" down the street "on fire" might be more the comedic angle which back in them days only took a lit match stick immitating running down the street.
