I am in mid-teardown of my 2024 XLT Hybrid and have been following DD's installation instructions verbatum. My problem is that after several hours of inspecting, pulling, wiggling, cajoling and rewatching the install video for the fourth time (today), the front bumper will just not relinquish it's hold on the rest of the truck - an epic case of seperation anxiety on the part of the bumper perhaps. The only long shot hope I have at the moment is that there is some slight difference or change in the 2024 bumper that I haven't accounted for. It's either that or I grossly overestimated my ability to do the job. I thought I would ask for any suggestions/help from the MTC before my frustration rises to renaming the truck words you can't say on TV or worse, to much force is applied causing a 6-12 month wait for a replacement plastic watchamawidget. Thanks.
