Did This fall off of My maverick?

I found this on my garage floor directly under the drivers side front seat. It wasn't there two days ago when I swept the floor. It is hard plastic. One side is flat and the other side is shaped like it is supposed to plug into a hole. The center hole is about 3/16's of an inch wide. Both sides show wear. It's off of have a 23 EB. Anybody have any idea if this is from the Maverick or just some random piece of plastic.

Clearly its a thingamajig that needs to be reinstalled next to the whatchamacallit.
Don't operate vehicle until reinstall is complete.
