Did anyone actually get re-signed today?

I have an order I put in for a 22 back in January and never got scheduled for a build. So I made an appointment with my Ford dealer at 1 today for the re-sign 22’s to 23’s. He’s pretty much unaware of what’s happening since Ford isn’t really letting them know what’s going on either but finally the 23 build sheets came in. After we discussed my order and a minor change the Ford order system finally came on line after 1:30 pst. So…after numerous attempts, the system kept crashing to a point where (as far as I know) he never got the re-order placed. Is it just me or is this a typical Ford way of doing business? Did anyone out there get theit 22 to 23 re-sign completed today?

My dealer said he couldn’t get into the system either, try again tomorrow I guess.
