In some cases you may want to call your Ford dealer and see if any of Maverick orders
have been allocated from dealership. I ordered 6/19/21 have called Ford and been checking
e-mails regularly. Decided yesterday to check with my dealership. Owner very nicely told me
most of his orders very hybrid and none had been allocated. Therefore I can take a break and
wait with everyone else.

I ordered a Hybrid XLT with the Bed Tray Liner on 6/24/21 and it was showing as Unscheduled-Material Hold.

I changed to the Bedliner - Spray-in on 8/6/21 and now it shows as Unsheduled-Clean.

Not sure what to make of that...

There are no MATERIAL availabilities putting your build on hold. It is 'clean' to schedule. I think.

I called the Marketing number for ford like others have said on here and given them all of my information, and they cannot find my order in their system AT ALL. Even had 2 other people look to see if they were missing something. My dealer says that the order has been submitted and he will update me when he gets updates from his system. I'm worried that it wasn't submitted properly or something went wrong, but when I ask him to check on it he tells me not to worry, that he knows what he's doing. Tells me another customer that ordered a couple weeks before I did has a build date already so if time is an indicator I should receive mine soon.

I'm wondering that builds are also based on locate/ dealer allocation. Because who would send one Maverick on a truck to Idaho after they dropped off the rest of the load of Mavericks out of state???

My understanding is that at a basic level they say we can build X units with these options, y with these, Z with these. Ford then looks at total orders by region and says you had 40% of the orders, you get 40% of the allocs. Then the regions do similar to the dealerships.

In a simple form this would be my understanding of orders being pulled.

Talked to my dealer and he said my order was clean but not scheduled. So It’s all set to be scheduled when its my turn.

just called the 800# since i didn't receive an email. they confirmed my order is in the system and according to the rep i get my vin in 2 weeks and production starts up in September. as much as i would want that to be true i feel like it was read off a script.

Update. I just called my dealer and spoke to them about allotments and such. There is no allotment amount or anything set. They have just under 30 reservation and still expect all 30 to be filled before the end of the year. They are still expecting an order taken in August to be filled by October or November.

That happened to me when I first called and the lady told me that happens alot if they put in the order code wrong. So the sales code and order code on the DORA. Contact your dealer to double check which order code they put in with your order. I did that and the order code on my DORA and in the system we're completely different and then I called ford again and they found my order.
