Larger NAV screen - Sync 4, more money
Civilized steering wheel controls - no standard, my VW is like Maverick
Drivers window control location - us gorillas like them where they are.
No longer budget truck.

My lariat stickered for more than $37k. That's not budget truck territory. it's not too much to factor into all models for modest bump or an option package for more of a bump.

$37k is still considered "cheap" in the current market.
