Dealer programs for set pricing

Hello, not sure if it’s been asked before but here’s the situation. I received confirmation of my build date last week for Nov 8 and so my Ford dealer reached out to me. I asked him when I could expect to talk about getting a set price/financing set up? He told me there are no programs out as of yet. What exactly does this mean and how long can I expect to wait before discussing a final price? Am I supposed to expect a dealer markup? Thank you in advance for any help

Ford Motor Credit has financing of 0% - 36 Months, 0.9% 48 Months, etc. up to 84 Months. You can see the rates at Maverick Build & Price on Ford.com.

You can pretty much expect to pay MSRP. My dealer told me they are not offering discounts at the time of ordering. They should however be giving you an order form that shows all the pricing for the packages, accessories, etc. plus their dealer fees if any. My dealer told me any discounts in the form of rebates or special programs they have going on at the time will be applied when the vehicle is delivered.
