Most ADM - the sheet on the window next to the Monroney MSRP - are 99% profit items. They are designed to be forced upon customers who are seeking popular vehicles. If you want the popular vehicle, you get to pay the extra money for something that is usually marked up over 100%, more likely 1000%. (listed retail is 10x the cost)
If you don't really want them, ignore them when dealing, and refuse to pay for them. "Take them off."
