Dash tray for 25s+ - low cost, nice cheap add...

I found this on Amazon and just popped it onto/into our 25 Lariat. I was looking for something that would form-fit the indent behind the screen. This fits perfectly and has a lip that goes over the top of the screen pretty much locking it in.

My plan is to add a metal mount or bracket to it where I can secure an amateur radio (Yaesu FT991). I can then just drop in or pull off the assembled dash tray + attached radio using the dash cubby where it should stay secure for just about any driving condition short of a roll-over. I don't have any long trips planned at the moment where I might want the radio is the truck, so for right now, it's just a nice, useful addition to the dash area.

Low cost too.

That looks like the same I have. Mine came as part of a package with a tray for the center console. I received mine as a Vine reviewer. Honestly, I only wanted the center console tray to better urilize storage / access. It was a week or so after receiving and already had the center console in that I said for S&G's lets see what function & looks this has. I actually really like this just for the finished looks and covering that gap between the factory dash tray and the HU display. I might not ever actually use the tray to put anything in it but it improves the look.
