The 28 oz . bottles of Gatorade and Powerade don't fit in the maverick cup holders .
BUT if you invert ( turn up side down ) for those who have a limited vocabulary . Just Kidding .
They fit just fine . remember to keep the cap on tight .

So I just need a sharpened metal straw to slam into the bottom of the bottle. Got it!

All jokes aside, I think I recall seeing a sharpened metal straw for sale somewhere that advertised itself as a covert self defense tool. Go from sipping your soda to draining someone's jugular in seconds!

Yes , 20 oz. fits properly . In my case , I can get the 28oz. size for a lot less than the 20 oz. ( a lot less ) ,so i'll flip it .
And straws ? they are for kids and their juice boxes .LOL

It is a diy thing . I made several myself . I took 5/16 thin wall stainless steel tubing ,cut to the lenght I needed , put a 45 degree bevel on one end , smoothed all sharp edges . I never thought of using it for a self defence tool . Good Idea tho. Thanks.

I buy the 8 packs of G zero. I have to rotate as the plastic can get an odor after a while.

I use straws with my Styrofoam container with a lid of course has some coke and my favorite add on liquid. One can just mingle with the crowds and enjoy their favorite beverage.
