Ok...food for thought here...I've been pondering subcooling my intercooler air charge with a/c refrigerant by rerouting the suction line through the air intake tubing. So, after the freon leaves the evaporator running it through a spiral tube with fins to lower the temp of the incoming air even more that passes over it.

well...ok...guess mine was not a novel idea, but I hope it works as I'm fabricating it already.....
A few of the higher end guys (2k+ WHP) I know have used it.. Many others of us just rely on a ~15 gallon tank in the rear full of ice to chill the intercooler when needed.. But it eats up space in some applications has a limited effectivity if you're just running around every day (going ice to ice on the road. LOL).
