Cleat kit compatible with tonneau covers?

I’ve ordered the bakflip mx4 and am considering installing the cleat kit in order to have the OEM divider put in since I don’t have the patience but more so the talent to make my own. I’m just wondering if there’s any issues with tonneaus interfering. If I should have one put in before the other?

I went with the Elevate TS Rails (with cleats) and CS Rack paired with the BakFlip MX-4 tonneau.
They work well together and I like that I can add/remove/adjust rack without affecting the tonneau.
