1. I wanted to see the difference between a Carbonized Grey and Area 51. I went to a dealer very near my dealer to look at a Area 51 Bronco and next to it was a slightly used Carbonized Grey F-150. A51 showed dust and dirt up close further away not noticable. CG had to get close to notice but if you step back you can tell the coved area as it is dull. CG is like a mirror and first dulls it out. Also the CG F150 showed scratches very easily, very obvious. I don't the A51 would.
I am switching from CG to A51. So because is a more different color then what you see on the road often. I also want to be seen. I have driven road color vehicles in the past and I always get cut off more in them. I have almost turned in front of some as well.
2. I wanted to get a fell for a Hybrid and see how it handled on the Interstate. Since they are not out yet I choose to drive 2 hours away to find a Hybrid Escape. Got to drive it gets up to 75-80 just fine. Did it even notice when it switched power but I was not paying attention for it.
3. One of the dealers there had a XLT and was using it to show it off. I have saw several at other dealers at this point but always after hours. Anyways they let me sit in and I was just reliving my drive in the Escape.
Now about issues about what Ford has had. For the lux package he said he was just getting credited back the difference of no spray so the dealer can do it at not additional cost. He also said the Hybrid will show up quicker then people think.
