I've usually gotten away with $115 or so for MSWs for my sedans and wagons; all with 15" or 16" wheels.
Quick look at Tire Rack reveals a 17" wheel from American Eagle for $129. I'm not too excited about AE as a manufacturer though. MSW is the budget brand from OZ Racing which always gave me some confidence and my experience has shown them to hold up well.
Unfortunately MSWs for the Mav (17") run closer to $200
