Carrier communication

My Maverick was released to the Carrier on 1/04, there have been zero updates since. Is it possible the carrier hasn’t communicated that it’s shipped yet? I can’t imagine it taking so long to ship especially when others on here with similar build dates have shipped. Ford has been completely useless in my conversations so far. Need some help from the Maverick Universe.

Mine was also shipped 1/4 and I just got a call from my leader in Toronto saying it arrived.
I just checked the tracker and now I see it as under final preparation.

Try to call your dealer and get an update from them.
Mine had better updates than the website because he was also able to tell me when it crossed from Mexico to the US.

mine shipped 1/7 and everyone include the dealer is saying it’s coming and the eta .

I think it took a couple weeks for mine to actually be put on a train once the carrier accepted it. I stopped checking in on my order since there was nothing I could do to speed it up and was only torturing myself by thinking about it.
