Cant register for the forscan forum

I am trying to register for the forscan forum but when I fill out the Info and hit submit, I get the following error “You have provided an invalid answer to the question.” I also have no idea how to answer the “Please enter the invitation code”. Anyone know what I am doing wrong. Here is a snapshot of the registration page

I actually ran into the same issue earlier today. I tried it in chrome, incognito, safari, mobile... nada. I'm not running a ad blocker either. I'm wondering if they shut off registration for a while for some reason, or if it's just a glitch?

Their FAQs lists the following:

"Why can’t I register?It is possible a board administrator has disabled registration to prevent new visitors from signing up. A board administrator could have also banned your IP address or disallowed the username you are attempting to register. Contact a board administrator for assistance."

I'm assuming he sent that as a sample -- Xxxxxx wouldn't be his username. I tried earlier on multiple devices and got the same result.

Is the "Please enter the invitation code:" portion on the bottom normally blank, or would it have a code displayed there?

March 04, 2022 - Suspending Extended License sales

Due to sanctions against Russian banks and unability to transfer funds, we have to suspend selling Extended Licenses."

and this is in their FAQ...

"Due to global blockage of Russia we have to temporarily suspend engineering support. We will continue to provide regular support to paid users, only for installation, licensing or connection issues. We plan to complete processing all requests to engineering support arrived before March 7th, 2022, but it may take significant time."

I hope it's not an issue of being shut off due to the blockage.

On that note, I was able to still get the two month extended license trial.

Download FORScan and then head over to https://forscan.org/support/prepare_trial_el_request.php?lang=en and fill out that info.

In about a half hour they'll send you a link to the key you'll need. Download it and load it into FORScan and you should be good to go for at least two months.

Let's hope they get this sorted between now and then (and that the world calms down a bit).

Thanks everyone for your input. I believe the forum is locked out for new registration. I did get a trial extended license. I was able to add Eco and Sport mode to my EB Maverick today. It all worked
