Call your dealer, he won't call you

After listing to the Ford Video Guy this morning I decided to call my dealer to get a Status update on my Hybrid order from September last year. Dealer told me the truck is being built this week and would be delivered to him by end of July. While great news it confirms what Tim said in his video that neither Ford or dealers are sending out emails about scheduling anymore, and if you want to get status update you need to take the initiative yourself. Good luck to everyone else who have been waiting almost a year like me.

It's absolute BS that these salesman aren't emailing updates! Their job is to sell cars and keep people updated. Updates are a part of the fun of ordering a new truck.
