I never have received an email from Ford, however by calling and chatting I found out I have a VIN #. Build date was 8/29, then 9/12/ then 9/5, and now 9/19.

On a whim, after coming home from a beach vacation, I called Ford customer service today.
Lo and behold, they provided be with my vin and said was scheduled for week of October 10. No recent emails from Ford. Ecoboost AWD, Velocity Blue XLT, luxury package, FX4. I was very surprised.

Ford marketing. 800#. I think it is 800.334.4975 or something like that. It's at my office. The last 4 numbers may be wrong.
