Build date ties in with production schedule.

I checked my build tracker on July 3, 2023, finally provided a scheduled build date, week of August 4. Then checked the factory scheduling (on MTC) my date coincides with their week 32 production schedule.
I am hopeful.
Ordered September 27, 2022. My late mom’s birthday. Blue, her favourite colour.
Hybrid, XLT, Lux, BAP. No constrained items none over sold except the Hybrid itself. I figure they will build an optioned out truck before a bare bones.

Count you blessings you live in Canada. No offense but that truck would have been taken off the road years ago here in the People's Republic of Vermont. Any rust hole larger than a pencil is an inspection fail. The frame would never pass either with the body looking like that no matter what it looked like. Sound not right or unfair? Yep. Oh, that gas door missing? That's a no no too.

BTW, how did you order a Mav after order banks closed? Assuming a typo?

Main factor is your dealer's allocations. As Tim Bartz explains it you are constrained by hybrid but even though capacity is below limits for lux and BAP they are low build numbers which have a cumulative effect. Better hope your dealer has allocations left and your priority code is ahead of other orders at your dealer.

Truck is located on an island with no services. It is however insured for liability.

Count you blessings you live in Canada. No offense but that truck would have been taken off the road years ago here in the People's Republic of Vermont. Canadian order banks opened in late September. No typo.
