Bought a damaged Maverick as new (hail), who repairs?

I guess I’m curious how there was hail damage to the hood only, since like rain hail falls uniformly over open surfaces, meaning shouldn’t there be hail damage on the cab roof as well? Seems unlikely the dealer parked it half in half out of some building, maybe I’m overthinking it… but I’d really look above that cab lol

Hood is thin aluminum, cab is tougher steel. But I wonder how much damage may be unnoticed on top!
