Hello Everyone,

I been watching the Maverick since release but I don't buy first year release, since the 2023 is about to be release in August 2nd for orders, what would be the best place to do so?

Better to order online or go into a dealership on August 2nd?

Called around dealership nearby me and the majority of them said they will sale above msrp. and others whatever the system price say plus t.t.l.,(tax, title, license)

Trying to place an order but I don't want to run the risk where a price is agreed for order then 6month to a year later they don't agree to the price and instead sells it for a higher price because of market gouging.

Looking to reserve a XLT, atlo blue, 360 pilot, and with lux packaged, according to the forums and my search came a little over $29k with price increase adjustment shouldn't be more than 30k for same options that including t.t.l.

Edit: In the DFW area

Thanks Everyone

Not sure exactly where you live in Texas, but I highly recommend Lade Ford in Frankston, TX. It’s a very small town dealer, maybe two salesmen and the owner, Jeremy Lade. I dealt with Jeremy Lade and it was the absolute best dealership experience that I have ever had. He will treat you right, no games!

Fortunately Texas is small enough that you don’t need to be specific about location (Looking at you Rhode Island).

There can’t be that many Ford dealers in lil’ old Texas now.

I custom ordered mine from Sam Pack's Five Star Ford up in Carrolton. Erick Perez was the online sales manager and he was straight forward, upfront and gave me no run around or B/S. I would recommend anyone to them after my experience as it was my first time buying a new car and first time ordering one custom from a dealer. He was upfront about it being MSRP no markups, and there wasn't any added dealer markups or $500 nitrogen filled tires to try and jack up the price. They do require a $100 deposit, this might have changed. I'd recommend calling to confirm. Whenever I had a question he answered it and kept me updated about the orders process along the way. The day I got my email about the truck shipping to the dealer he called to let me know it would be ready at the end of the week. Just got it serviced last month as well and that was a super easy process. link to google map of dealership location.

Also this was from my last response on this subject. Not too sure how updated this map is but it should help guid you in search for a dealer if Sam Packs doesn't work out for what ever reason.

Map of Dealers with Mark ups and MSRP

Last tid bit to add as I almost forgot. When I placed the order he printed up the signed dealer agreement with the price and everything. Make sure that whatever dealer you talk to you don't leave without getting a signed agreement. Good luck in your search, and hopefully the wait times won't be so bad this year. Order date was November 10th 2021 pick up was March 18th 2022.
