I would like to get a little more ground clearance out of the maverick I’ve heard of people having the tremor suspensions being installed on non tremors well keeping warranty has anyone achieved this? And if so what has y’all’s experience been I’ve also looked at spacers but I’m worried about CV issues down the line

The Mav is built as an on-road vehicle. Its lower than other trucks because its not built to do trips through farm fields. Needing more clearance probably means that you're trying to do things that are better suited for a more off-road vehicle instead. Changing the CV joint angles is a death sentence for the halfshafts, and while there is one kit that drops the rear diff down, there are no available lift that drop the engine down to keep the front joint angles constant. Assuming that you really want to do it for some weird reason and don't want to build a kit that contains a full engine drop cage, just put much higher profile tires on it. You can't go a lot wider than some of the 245-width SUV tires, but you can put 80-series tires on just fine. You may be able to use the 20in rims from an Edge as well and get another 3in more that way. Its going to look a bit like a Russian Sherp, but it'll work.

I would argue against it being a on road vehicle when they offer off road packages and so many people build these to be offf road oriented the only thing holding it back is ground clearance otherwise it is very capable I just want the clearance for the maybe once or twice a year when I end up on trails and winter as I found it’s held back in winter by it’s ground clearance I would size up the tires but I got a good deal on a set of OE sized tires on Black Friday and want to explore my other options before blowing money on new tires
