BAP 18's with steelie lugs

Shoutout to Aquaman18 for selling me his BAP 18's. Stock machine finish black appearance package 18s with OEM open ended lug nuts from 17" steel wheels, lugs fit nicely with no issues, torqued to 125lbs (factory 150lbs seems to be overkill to me).

I would still get some closed end lug nuts (black or chrome). The open end look just doesn't look right with nice wheels. I guess you could paint them black if on a budget.

Lug nut torque seems very high, but I believe the manufacturer knows what they’re doing. My VW and Audi are both 89 ft/lbs.

I was going to get some black lugs was slow on the draw. The stock steelie lugs actually don't look to shabby in my opinion. Aquaman14 gave me his stock chrome lugs and I actually like this look better for now. I've never torque a lug higher than 85lbs before these, and never had an issue. I went with 125lbs as a happy medium between manufacturer spec and what I'd been used to.

How do you like the Primacys? Are they QUIET?

How do you like the Primacys? Are they QUIET?

So far they are quiet and very stable, much improved over stock 17s. Can't really tell how noisy they will be for all season tires until they're more worn down.
