Avs bugflector ll installed

I been avoiding gettting a bug deflector, because of the tape, when I look at the instructions for for bug deflector II on amazon, it shows it has tape? What am i missing?

There maybe one with tape but they do offer the one without for sure . I ordered mine from realtruck. For the mtc discount . I talked/ email with Alex . they are/ were contributor on this sight .
