App loss of internet notification

Whiling using Bluetooth interface, Looking for solution to erroneous Sync 3 “Pandora loss of internet” random notification while driving with obvious cellular data in use. While message is displayed and voice notification occurs you can hear pandora continuous play in background. Notifications on Apple app turned off. Sync 3 recently updated. Help please???

If it's Bluetooth, then it's not a truck issue but instead either an issue with your Pandora app or your phone.

Thanks for the quick response. Could be.. I will try turning internet access for app on phone OFF and see what happens.
Ref. Attached, after truck Sync 3 error announcement I noticed this error message on display. Disappears after about 2 minutes. Pandora music playing in background at same time. Problem was so prevalent before Sync 3 upgrade I never used this option. Forgot it existed and was not sure it was functional. Very happy to experience it working more often than not now, for plugging phone in 3 times a day will surely have a bad outcome in the future.

Probably cell tower signal dropping in and out. Even when changing towers.

I live in a very hilly, rural area and use Pandora on my Android phone. Mobile phone/data service is spotty here.

When I'm playing Pandora via Bluetooth and actually do lose the mobile tower connection, I get a female voice saying I've lost internet and Pandora is switching to Offline Mode, which plays songs from my top 5 stations, stored for offline use. When mobile tower connection resumes, Pandora finishes playing the current offline song, then switches back to Online mode automatically.

I never get offline notices unless I really have lost mobile tower connectivity.

I'm using whatever infotainment system came stock with the '23 XL. Phone is Galaxy S25 and Android 15 w/ latest updates.
