Anyone seen any bedrail bike mounting solutions?

So I'd like to have the bike mounted with the tailgate fully closed. I noticed the Ford 2x4 crossbar mount, it will work, but it bugs me the tailgate has to stay half open. I was going to mount a fork mount to the front of the bed, but my bike is still 2-3" too long for the bed to close. Curious if anyone has seen a solution to mounting a bike this way. Included a pic for reference. I think with the C Channel in the bed, there's got to be a way to mount a fork mount to it in this configuration. Would like something that doesn't require crossbars at all.
