Considering a 12" sync4 upgrade on my 22XLT. Shopping prices and suppliers and OEM+ has the best prices but I can't find anything about their customer service. I'm presuming that they're reputable but I don't know. Anybody have first hand experience with them?

Yes, they are reputable and their customer service is outstanding. Sam is their customer service representative and he was great with my purchase of my 12-inch screen with Sync 4. It took about two weeks to get it from date of purchase. You will not get navigation from them as part of the package, but it's still a thousand dollars cheaper than OEM+. I didn't care because I use Android Auto with Google Maps or Waze. It was the best upgrade I have done. Yes, a little expensive, but well worth the money. Don't use Panda Motor Sports to buy it. Get it from OEM+. That's where Panda gets their equipment from anyway.

That's what I thought but wasn't sure. Thanks
