Unsure what you mean by creaking. If you mean, on a hybrid, the brakes feeling as if they are grabbing or even coming to a full stop with a noticeable thunk when they are applied while in motion at very slow speeds, that's been reported many times here previously.
Bottom line: It is what it is, a quirk to become accustomed to.
I was taught to put some gummy spray on the back of brake pads when installing them. Without it, the back of the pads and front of the caliper piston can rub against each other. Funny enough it cuts out a ton of squeaks and "creaks".
It's like $20 for a can and you'd have to pull apart the brake pads but might be worth a try? Most parts stores have it. This can may last the rest of my life LOL:
I have a 2.0 xlt it does it and squeeks sometimes I find turning the hold brakes helped but spraying the brakes with water seemed to make it go away for a while probably dirt.
