Yes, that’s the hard part. When I sell a vehicle it has to go to the right person . My thinking is I don’t want to put my kids in the position in making those decisions.. take care and live life to its fullestI'm only about 3 years behind you. We have our two daily drivers, a 2014 Wrangler I use as a spare vehicle and winter plow truck, a 1968 big-block Cougar, and a '93 Lightning. I'm just starting to think about when it will be time to thin the herd. My wife and I are both in good health so we can (and do) drive the cars with no problem. The trick is to figure out the right time to let them go.
The coolest car for me was a Nissan 240Z (1972?), it was the only vehicle that I sold for more than I paid for it. Had to sell when my son came along. (that was well worth it). You would never guess what I replaced it with (HA; a 1974 Aspen WGN with a slant 6 that lasted for over 200K miles).Post up prior projects.
