Any issues with your microphone?

The microphone stopped working and Ford does not know what is wrong. My local dealer has been in touch with Ford engineering and they don't know what is wrong. Microphone and wiring are good, changed the syn3 unit. Anyone have this problem?

I took it to Ford few times before Ford engineering diagnosed the problem. They ran a new wire from the microphone.

I just had gotten my airbags replaced on a recall. The ceiling fell down when I drove it off the lot because they didn't fasten down everything properly. I also noticed that my hands-free microphone was not working anymore. I took it directly back to Ford and they're replacing the entire ECM supposedly
