Any good dealers around the area?

Im trying to purchase cancelled order XL hybrid NJ, PA, CT , NY area.
Stealerships are asking $3,500-$5,000 above msrp.
Magically, $25,000 vehicle turns into $34,000 otd.

I understand that it's a hot commodity, but it's too much.
Also, due to my situation, I cant wait for 2024 order.

• Anyone bought dealer stock maverick?
• If so, how much more did you pay for it?
• Any tips on making this purchase?
• If you feel that dealer gave you a reasonable offer,
  which dealer did you work with?

We have great dealers around the area, responsive and only asking for MSRP. You might want to specify what area in future.

With perhaps some rare instances I don't think stock Mavericks exist.

I think your best bet is to call every dealer you are willing to buy from, expand you search area even farther, ask about whether they do Markups, get on their waiting list and just wait to see what becomes available. Consider expanding your budget to an XLT to increase your odds. You'll probably get alot of calls for XLTs, Lariats, and Ecoboosts with add-ons along the way above your budget. Dealers that won't upcharge a canceled Maverick, much less a Hybrid though is going to be rare. But if there is one out there you're probably going to have to do alot of leg work and patient waiting to find it.

Pay the juice, wait for an order, or buy something else. Only 3 options there is.

Use Granger in Iowa. They have proven to be a good dealer. I use them and I am in Texas.

I know this is an old thread. But I was talking with another Maverick owner. He used the same dealer as me. Leo Kaytes Ford in Warwick NY. He bought his off the lot for MSRP. Was an FX4 forget the trim level.
