So I called customer service this AM, and was told I didn’t have a VIN yet. After checking the forum this evening, I decided to try again (seeing that a bunch of folks said they got theirs today). This time I went to Ford chat….and wouldn’t you know, I got a VIN now too, lol. XL AWD 2.0 ordered on 27 January 22. The agent put in the body of the chat message something to the effect of “scheduled for schedule week of 31 October”….which did not make sense to me. I attempted to copy and paste the text, and goofed, shutting down the chat. I was able to copy and paste my VIN to a word doc before this….I then checked the check my order site and it says order confirmed, making me think I legit have a VIN.
