July Order Date - How do I find out Info?

Hello all,

Been a semi-lurker here ever since my XLT Lux hybrid order on 7/9. Since my original email confirming my order, I have received NO info from Ford on anything including scheduled build dates, when to expect anything or even how to track my order as many people here seem to be able to do. Can anyone point me in a direction to where I could find out anything about my order? From what I gather here, I probably have lost my spray-in (one of the main reasons I got the LUX) but I have no way to confirm this at all. Getting pretty annoyed at this point since this was to replace an aging Ranger before I had a kid and now the due date is going to be before the build date.

You can’t track it until you get a VIN. Have you checked in with your salesperson? I don’t believe you have lost the spray in because of your early order date. I heard the ford video guy say that it was changed in the lux package for new orders.

Call the Ford line. They cannot give you any kind of ETA on build but can provide you with info such as (a) whether your order has been accepted and confirmed, (b) dealer # and order #, and so on.

Well I would start with the dealer where I ordered my truck and then go forward to the Ford customer service phone number and then go backwards to my dealer again and again and again and again. Where you will get the same answer they are all clueless. I ordered my XLT hybrid back on June 24th and still get the same answer order confirmed
